• What products do you supply?

   We mainly supply consumables and parts for wire EDM machines.

   1. EDM consumables parts: diamond wire guides, power feed contacts, water nozzles, ceramic rollers, cable wire, etc.

   2. EDM Consumables: EDM water filter, EDM electrode tubes, EDM molybdenum wire, EDM tapping, Copper tungsten rods.

   3. EDM clamping tools: EDM bridge, EDM fixture, EDM precision vise, EDM jig holder, 3R clamping tools.

   4. 5-axis clamping tools

• Are the consumable parts original?

   No. We mainly sell consumable parts as alternatives to the original ones.

   Most of our parts are produced according to the original samples, with quality near to the original ones.

   Some original parts can also be supplied at good prices; we will remark "Original" when we offer the prices.

• What is the payment method?

   Payment before shipment, by T/T, PayPal, or Western Union.

• What is the delivery time?

   We have efficient stocks for the most common parts; delivery will be about 7 days after payment.

   For any parts without stock, we will remind you when we offer the price.

• What is the shipment method?

   By DHL/FedEx prepayment, if you don't have an account for freight collection.

   Parcels can also be sent to your forwarder or appointed agent/forwarder in China.

• Any guarantee for the quality of our products?

   Our products can ensure normal usage, and we will change or refund if any quality problem.

   For some reason, we don't produce our products the same as the original ones, please need you understand and accept.

• Do you also supply the technique guidance?

   Yes. We have an engineer who knows much about the products.
