EDM Fixture Boards

EDM Fixture Boards are core clamping tools in wire EDM, ensuring stable workpiece positioning and machining accuracy. They are particularly crucial in mold manufacturing and small workpiece machining.

EDM Fixture Boards come in various types based on their structure and function, adapting to different machining needs:

Stainless Steel Fixture Boards:

Standard sizes include 70/80/90mm in length, mostly 15mm thick, suitable for cutting copper rods or side cutting with small punches. 

The height adjustment range is ±5mm (e.g., M8 hole design).

The side can be used at multiple angles, covering workpiece heights up to 80mm, significantly reducing machine operation time.

Jig holders and Fixture boards:

For workpieces with large punches or aspect ratios, sizes are expanded to 150x50x15 or 220x50x15, compatible with a range of 0-280mm, and offer fine-tuning to ensure stability under high-voltage discharge.

EDM jig tools:

Specially designed for ultra-finishing, with a width of 120x100x15, they accommodate curved surfaces or hard materials (such as tungsten carbide) and minimize straightness errors.

Our press plate jigs are mass-produced and available in large quantities. 

They are heat-treated to extend their service life.
